For independent insurance agencies

Every submission, every referral, every producer. One record.

The commercial profile the carrier asks for lives on the opportunity itself, the referral that produced the account is attached to it, and one price covers every producer in the agency. Published, with no quote call.

Try it now, no sign-up. The demo resets every hour.

The submission

The whole application, on the opportunity.

Not a notes field and not an attachment. These are fields on the record, so they can be filled in once, read back, and exported.

The business

Legal entity and DBA, entity type, FEIN, year established, NAICS and SIC, states of operation, and the number of locations.

The numbers underwriting asks for

Annual and projected revenue, estimated payroll, full-time and part-time headcount, independent contractors used, and what percentage of revenue is subcontracted.

Twenty-two coverage lines

General Liability, Property, Commercial Auto, Hired and Non-Owned Auto, Workers Comp, Umbrella, Professional, Cyber, D&O, EPLI, Crime, Inland Marine, Intellectual Property, Credit, Flood, Pollution, Builders Risk, Bond, Liquor Liability and more, with desired limits and prior claims.

Property and COPE

Construction type, year built, building and occupied square footage, roof type and age, HVAC updates, sprinklered, central station fire and burglar alarms, building and business personal property values.

A twenty-two item document checklist

Five-year loss runs, current policies, completed applications, financials and proformas, lease agreements, org chart, cap table, subcontractor and vendor agreements, drivers list, and the rest of what the carrier will ask for.

Owners, entities and locations

Several owners with their percentages, several named legal entities with their own FEINs, and every location on the account. Not one address field.

The referral record

Who introduced the account, and what came of it.

Agencies run on referrals and most track them in memory. Forge records who made the introduction, which producer owns the relationship, and which opportunities it turned into, so the answer survives the person who knew it.

  • Every introduction attributed to the person who made it
  • The producer who owns the relationship, on the record
  • Opportunities traced back to the referral that started them
  • Groups, events and follow-ups against the same contacts

Mail that fills itself

The contacts are already in your mailbox.

Connect Gmail or Outlook and Forge reads what is already there, then proposes the people you have been corresponding with but never added, each with a confidence and the reason it suggested them. You accept or you do not. Mailbox connections are turned off in the shared demo, so this one we show you on a call.

Pricing

One price for the agency, not per seat.

Most agency systems bill per seat. At ten people that is $940 to $1,500 a month before anyone has written a policy

$450 a month for the agency, and adding a producer does not move it

Forge

$899$450per month

Founding price, month to month, every producer included.

Forge + Marketing

$1,500$1,200per month

Two campaigns, review requests, follow-up, and closed-loop reporting.

Forge + Marketing & Content

$2,500$2,000per month

Four campaigns, twelve social posts and two written pieces a month.

Your own build

From $35,000

Source code and data you own, deployed where you want.

Why marketing costs less here. $300 and $500 off, because the work genuinely costs us less. When the job file already lives in our system there is no attribution plumbing to build, no data export to chase, and no monthly reconciliation between two vendors. An agency starting cold has to build all of that, and bills you for it. Standalone marketing, with the agency comparison, is on the marketing page.

Ad spend is billed to you by Google or Meta at every tier and is never part of these prices. No setup fee, and month to month, against an industry norm of a $5,000 to $10,000 build-out on a twelve-month contract. Founding price is for the first ten firms, still month to month and held for as long as they stay, in exchange for a monthly feedback call and a reference once we have earned it. Not sure which fits? Your own build

When the agency does not fit the product.

Program business, carrier feeds, rating, commission splits. An agency that has looked at every system on the market and found nothing that fits is not a subscription buyer, and pretending otherwise wastes everyone's quarter. From $35,000, built on the platform Forge already runs on.

  • Carrier feeds and downloads shaped to the carriers you actually place with
  • Rating and commission splits that match how the agency pays itself
  • Program business with its own workflow, not a workaround
  • Source code and data you own, deployed where you want

Starts with a two-week paid discovery that delivers a fixed-price plan you keep whether or not we build.
